Lillifield and Warragul locals are set to enjoy a major boost in everyday convenience, with a new Mills Road retail centre, including and a full‑scale Coles supermarket, on track to open early next year.
The centre is planned to open early next year and will provide a convenient, practical, well-designed place for local residents to shop, collect groceries and access essential services close to home.
Designed for easy daily living
Central to Lillifield Estate’s masterplan with future direct access for homes from within Lillifield, the new centre will include:
- A full-line Coles supermarket with Liquorland
- A six-bay Click & Collect drive-through, covered for all-weather use
- Two specialty retail spaces (available to lease in 2026)
- Generous car parking, including shade sails and EV charging
- Clear pedestrian links and safe access throughout the site
The layout has been designed to make everyday trips simple, whether that’s a quick grocery run, a Click & Collect pickup, or a stop on the way home.
A thoughtful local addition
The development includes landscaped areas, a feature public mural, and seating to balance the building with landscaping and public art and give the centre a local feel.
It has also been designed to connect with the future retail precinct planned for the Mills Road area, allowing this stage to function well now while still supporting future growth over time.
Road upgrades and improved access
As part of the project, important infrastructure works are underway, including:
- Upgrades to Mills Road, improving traffic movement and safety
- The start of a future connector road, supporting long-term access across the precinct
